Razorpay for India Stripe for Global payments. Paypal in general for most reliability in global payments but higher charges.

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
