The current vehicle maintenance startups like gomechanic, VOC, etc are focusing on niche segments like only four wheeler or two wheeler servicing and selling associated spares and accessories, i believe this is inefficient because *consumers have to juggle around multiple apps for their 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler servicing and upgradation. *The macro technology and operations are almost similar for any vehicle maintenance, focusing on a niche will affect the unit economics. *Buying a passenger vehicle is not only a utility in India it's also a way to signal the society, none of the startups are addressing the vanity through app's design! *accessory sales and fitting market is highly concentrated to particular pincode of metro cities like JC road in Bengaluru. A comprehensive approach by addressing above mentioned constraints and few more to build an ecosystem for vehicle maintenance, is my initial thesis, please share your valuable thoughts on this.
