Okay So I have an insight, take a look into you might find it interesting. I am a B.Tech student and I learn how to build technologies so when I go into a HR round for a job I wont have experience how to deal. Basically The person In that Round will have the mindset of a negotiator, and we as students dont know how to deal with. Just think about it I got, till the HR round of my dream company for an on campus placement but I just dont know how to negotiate with the person or the HR to land a high paying job, they know how to exploit and target our Insecurities and vulnerabilities but we dont know how to gain leverage in conversation over them and this is not only for freshers but for every person who needs to land a job. They know how to negotiate and HR rounds are the classic example for it. There is no easy for me or anybody as of now to get into a mock HR round or a negotiation environment for any particular instance and negotiation we use it everyday. be it in HR Rounds or our Relationships, if you can figure out a way to create a safe and easy to use environment for people to negotiate then it might work if done correctly. There is another layer to this idea that I am not mentioning here so if someone is interested in going into another Layer deep into this. DM me, Ill expand on this idea a little more and how far can you go with this. I hope someone finds it interesting.
