Naa bro, the data is completely wrong. I live in Mumbai and i studied in Podar school, which is one of the top ten schools in our city. And their the final annual fees ranges between 80k - 120k. And you can get same experience for much less fees as well. So atleast that 4.5 Lakh numbet is completely wrong. and btw below is the approx fees of Dhirubhai Ambani school (the most expensive school i ever heard of)

Mumbai is definitely an anomaly I'm terms of tier 1 cities. If you check the case in Hyderabad, Chirec is one of the good schools and the fees are approx. 4L
