๐จDark truth about tier 1 cities businesses๐ก ๐ฅบ Recently one cruelty incident appeared in Starbucks cafe located in Mumbai( andheri ) The Starbucks cafe in Mumbai gets a good number of customers daily, but the only issue is a street dog named ๐ โChoti.โ Choti always tries to engage with customers and shows playful behavior because some customers often share extra food with her and other street dogs. This has led Choti to approach everyone, hoping for food. She has been living on that street for the past three years, is fully vaccinated, sterilized, and has never bitten anyone ๐ณ However, the owner of the Starbucks cafe noticed that Choti often touches customers and tries to play with them for food, even following them as they enter or exit the cafe. Frustrated, the owner aggressively filed a complaint with a government agency, using Starbucksโ official email to make the complaint more impactful. In the complaint, he mentioned that he didnโt want any street dogs near his cafe๐ ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ As a result, the entire government agency team, along with the BMC, arrived at the location and started forcefully capturing Choti and all the street dogs in the area ๐ But here comes our hero ๐ police officer called Sudhir kudalkar and his Pal foundation ๐ Suddenly, Pal Foundation and our hero Sudhir sent their troops and legal team to save the street dogs. The entire situation took a turn when the owner of the Starbucks cafe saw the legal team, police, local people, and the foundation rallying in support of the street dogs and confronting the BMC and the cafe owner. Under pressure, the owner began changing his statements, saying, โ Sir, I didnโt send this complaint. Our customers reported it, and Iโm not responsible. Please talk to the Starbucks companyโ ๐ However, screenshots clearly showed that he had signed the complaint letter himself. Adding to the controversy, Starbucks in India is owned by Sir Ratan Tata, who has publicly stated that street dogs are welcome near all ๐ญ TATA properties. He even allowed street dogs to stay at Indiaโs biggest hotel, the Taj Hotel. This makes it evident that the cafe owner planned the entire situation ๐จDo you know this isnโt the only case? Thousands of cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, street vendors, and other business owners are forcefully relocating and even beating street dogs because they believe these animals are driving away their customers. Such practices are becoming increasingly common in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and many others ๐So, I sincerely request all business owners: please be human and show some kindness towards animals. All they need is one meal a dayโnothing more ๐ Street dogs only show aggressive behavior after 9-10 days without food; otherwise, they never trouble anyone. Unfortunately, cruelty towards animals is rising, with many business owners resorting to inhumane actions. Please, stop this and choose compassion ๐ What's your reactions , if you're the owner of that cafe ?
