Unpopular opinion but I think we should NOT build our business like:
1. Idea
2. Product
3. Audience
Instead we should pursue
1. Idea
2. Audience
3. Product
Building a product is often quite easy compared to building an audience.
Talk is cheap show me the Product.
"you just need an idea to be successful"
what could be worse than saying I dont have a product but have a great idea.
Why we don't have world leading tech company despite of producing world level engineers.
Don't say TCS is there ( It is providing cheap labour to maintain code of world companies)
