It would be great, but which group of customers are you going for? In India, buses are mostly used by people for travelling from one place to another but tier I and II cities offer trains and metros and cabs can be booked for roadways ( short distances specifically) which is also economical.

No I am not thinking to offer this as public transportation, I am thinking to offer this as city tour bus or heritage tour where people will bring their friends and family and chill while travelling to different unseen places of their city and having stops at different famous street food places. Main attraction would be the open top bus.
