you are right but we are not focusing on builders and contractors only .(It seems same like u r asking me , if I can buy a smartphone from a nearby store than why should I order it online ?) . and sometimes it happens that we like something that is not available in our city but through Caspian , (if we had a large network ) we can find easily that object and take delivery of that particular thing at our doorsteps.Majorly Caspian can reduce the commissions that the builders take from the both homeowners and the sellers/retailers. Every platform has its own advantages and disadvantages, same thing is with Caspian
