Often when going to small shops in around localities I notice that they give handwritten bills Idea: Payment apps can have a feature for MSMEs to automatically send - digital - customisable bills to customers with clear shop name - Product details - (including GST number) after a purchase. - Purchase amount & GST applied This would replace handwritten bills, ensuring clarity and convenience for both customers and small businesses.
