I have a startup idea i need you guys to validate that and tell me what kind of problems i may face The idea - We will be starting an online pharmacy store basically BLINKIT for Medicines. Where we will be delivering medicines in 10 minutes to the customers address, and for that we will onboard the local shops of the localities which are there opened but not having enough footfall on there shop due to maybe location reason or anything.

Challenging. Prescription based medicines flow has to be built. But good idea. I wonder why Apolo can't do it.

Many players exist, less margins, there are services who can fetch the medicine from nearest store and deliver, no competative advantage

😡 seriously fake promises are too dangerous and 10 min delivery is not possible in India because of current road conditions and can you tell me why anybody give 40₹ delivery charge + your commisions and app runing cost total 10₹ You're forcing customer to give extra 50rs for nearby medical store delivery seriously this is totally money burning and bad idea ... 10 min delivery is never be possible but there is only one way to do 10 min delivery in some sector I don't want to tell that Excustion process but read case study and do research how badly 10 min delivery is facing trolls and this idea already did by many startups in india.

Before starting the Prescribal, we wanted to do something similar.. So after some research we found its cluttered market - Pharmeasy ,Netmeds and many other big player . As well as small player like Farmoko something similar exist . As well as developing the tech chain to manage all this stuffs is pretty hard and money hunger .

Also medicine delivery is not same as food delivery. Orders shall be less as it is not frequently ordered item.

Develop delivery dron s. Don't use delivery partener. Link your developed dron to "what3words" map. And you can deliver your products in exact location. Drone should be fully automated Ai, like Tesla car, just enter location and pur your product to a security box attached with dron, send password to your costomer, your costomer will take his order and dron will come to shop automatically. How is this 😆
