If this is happening then you need to recreate your agreement of rent and add clause of 5% increase every year then try to cut down your 30% workforce and introduce additional revenue models on that store's like if possible then open your website and Start Positioning you brand store's in every Social media or e commerce app then decrease the monthly expenses and run business on automation also if still not working then start manufacturing facility there because demographics demands was not increasing so converting that shop into another business venture is much profitable option
