how it would be, if we create a powerbanks for electric 2 wheeler's?

Think of it like this a mobile phone can be used even while charging but an EV cannot only one method is possible at a time. If EV powerbank are introduced then they have to be used while parking the EV, So when the CPOs are available why do we need to carry the weight. It is good in a Remote location if we are out of charge.
