It's about ROI. Companies are installing chargers where they think they'll get the most use. Right now, that's often not at traditional fuel stations.

The electrical grid near many fuel stations might not be able to handle the load of multiple fast chargers. Upgrading that infrastructure is expensive and time-consuming.
