how about, if we can discuss online with his/ her work project and solve their queries to make their work easier, for example, someone asks for a tuition on a particular topic/ chapter, where an expert might pickup call and explain the topic on an easy note, so the main fear of the student on the topic disappear. We can build confidence in a student by asking his or her most feared study topics and solving by easy teaching based on just hearing about the topic.
