A study material marketplace? It's not legally fraudulent but will be perceived more as anti-productive and inethical instead of time-saving. Rather, I suggest you pivot to something that makes the assignment/practical or project making process easie

yeahh can't deny bro, but isko inethical bhi nhi bol skte bcz ...I don't think ki koi bhi isko seriously leta hai ...these assignments and all ko ... sab k sab log copy paste jaisa hi krte hain ...sabko bss aisa hota hai ki complete Krna hai bss kuch

Just a piece of advice, don't ever think like a drug dealer, always think like an Entrepreneur, that is, solve a problem rather than taking benefit out of it. Maybe your problem statement should be: Students SHOULD love and enjoy doing their assignments but they get bored. How can you make the assignment/project making process fun for them? A community? Discussion groups/forums? Gamification? etc.
