I think Koo's strategy was good, but the timing was off. Additionally, several factors contributed to Koo's failure: 1. The name itself wasn’t catchy. 2. User interface (UI) issues. 3. Slow response time. 4. Lack of effective marketing (even though some government departments were on Koo including eminent personalities like CM Yogi Adityanath Ji). 5. Inability to tap into neighboring markets like Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan, Myanmar, and Pakistan.
