most people don't have money starting up. and if they have why would they be with you in first place brother? instead you can provide services in exchange of some equity after company registers. founders will be more comfortable too.

you are right Some founders might be but in case of company registration it has government charges we have to pay the CA we have typed up with him we have also paid them it's so in exchange for equity it might not be possible.

yeah not for registration. but legal help, or other stuff that you are giving on your end. you should consider equity based instead. that way you'll also have skin in the game but also see massive profits as these companies raise funding. I know there is risk but it could be viable.
