i have an idea of an app. But I am not a Tech person. how should I execute

1. write down you idea on paper. 2. identify the tech part why you need tech person. 3. do market research on how and what is required in your idea. 4. connect with a good tech individual or team. give them some stipend/salary based on your budget. 5. then build you first MVP.
