The one mistake that taught me the most was taking my health granted. You never know the value of good health until you go through the worst, or at least the least expected downturn. People always trade their health for building great things, but they don't realise the importance of health required to build it until it's too late for them. "Health is Wealth" is the universal fact that people can't ignore. Entrepreneurship and business guys need good health in order to keep them focused. If you want to design your life, then first you have to design your food habits as well as your lifestyle. Stay safe and healthy guys.
