Ecokaari is a pune based startup which creates bags from plastic wrappers Nandan ji the founder of Ecokaari noticed that despite the fact that plastic is recyclable Landfills are growing at a rapid pace After researching he discovered that most of the waste in landfill is MLP (0lastic wrappers of chips and biscuits) which aren't easily recyclable So he cut plastic in a unique way and used spinning wheel and handloom to create bags which comes with a lifetime warranty, meaning if the bag get's teared you can just get it repaired In last four years this startup has saved 3 million plastic wrappers to end up in landfills and Ecokaari is supporting over 100 artisans You won't believe but these bags are really made from plastic wrappers and you can also buy them from Ecokaari's official website
