Do not start LLP on your name. Do not share your this plan with your any of the office colleague. Info leak will happen. If you don't collect any kinda of money from your LLP on your name, it's impossible to track. So collect money on your wife's name (if married), mother, father. etc.

What I derive from your point is that if I act as an employee secretly, working under my mother's name - it's good.
