Do not start LLP on your name. Do not share your this plan with your any of the office colleague. Info leak will happen. If you don't collect any kinda of money from your LLP on your name, it's impossible to track. So collect money on your wife's name (if married), mother, father. etc.

thanks a lot for the kind of technical input I hoped for. Yes, I plan to do so in my mother's name as the member. What I derive from your point is that if I act as an employee secretly, working under my mother's name - it's good. Please correct me if i am wrong and if any other good 2 cents you've to share - i would love to know. Many thanks !
