Not every corporate culture values well-being over relentless hustle and why shouldn't it? I mean just work real hard for 8 hours and then go home? Have the rest 66% of your day and life for yourself. What's wrong with it? Breaks you want, not working for 10 hours also you want? Growth and bright future and richness also you want? What are you willing to give?

I agree with working hard and without cheating in your working hours. Company should pay more if they want their employees to work after working hours, if employees agree to it.
