Not every corporate culture values well-being over relentless hustle and why shouldn't it? I mean just work real hard for 8 hours and then go home? Have the rest 66% of your day and life for yourself. What's wrong with it? Breaks you want, not working for 10 hours also you want? Growth and bright future and richness also you want?
