I've been in a similar situation. Legally, you’re in a gray area if your company has a policy against side businesses. If your employer finds out, they could see it as a conflict of interest, even if you’re not in direct competition. But if you’re careful and keep things separate, it can be manageable

Agreed. How much difference it will make if I am the owner of business and not per say 'employee' ? i am thinking to have my mother and brother in it for namesake and running it efficiently. He can be the acting employee and I will be just a member. Pretty much all organizations have non competing clause and situations and sadly this way it becomes difficult for citizens like us. Does registering it out of country will make some difference? I would appreciate your input.
