I'm really confused. I need help 23 years old Software Engineer. Just joined company in Bangalore. making around 55k . Currently, I am staying in place, which costs 7.5k, but the environment is not so good, no cleanliness. I just found a good place that will cost me 12k. But I am unable to decide whether I should go there or not. I am thinking if I stay here I can save more money. I don't have any family dependency. All income comes to my pocket. Also, I usually do drinks once in a month or in two months. in this current place, I can't study by seeing the environment. Should I move to a new place that cost me 12k ( the new one is really good) ? I just stuck in one thought if I stay in this current one, more money will be saved. but the place is not so good.

Yes!! You have to.. Remember, A person being in Bengaluru & New York has two different: Personalities Mindsets Friends/Peer Group Actions Dreams Etc.. Many of us like spent our revenue to just present in good places in order to network & grow Also, What you need to remember is: Your Income automatically grows if you are connected with the right people in the right environment. I hope you understand.

Honestly, if you can bear it a bit longer, stay in the cheaper place and save. Bangalore rents are crazy; every saved rupee helps. You can upgrade later when you have more savings or if you get a better-paying role

Go for the better place, dude! You're spending a huge part of your life at home, and if the current environment is bad for your mental health, it’s worth the extra 4.5k. Saving is important, but so is peace of mind
