and like if we are a platform which charges comission on each transaction but like they take money from their customer too so what should we consider.... example: a payment gateway charges 2% commission but it also takes the money and keeps the money

hi, if im able to understand your question correctly then the revenue per user would be (total transaction amount X commission rate)+ any interest or holding revenue.
