so guys this is that I have opened by demat account in zerodha and after opening the account I just saw the zerodha chargers 300+18% GST every single year as annual maintenance so if I close my account with zerodha will I be able to open a new account in future date if I need. Please help me out!

Yes, you can close and reopen later. I did this when I took a break from trading. No issues at all reopening after 6 months. The ₹300+GST is pretty standard across brokers.
