ig here the problems more to kitchen owners than the customers, customer have been taken care of a lot and they have several platforms options as well as shops to go for .. the main problem is for the kitchen owner because if he earn 100 then he already pays 35₹+ to the platform and removes the margin which may last him around 20-25₹ so he earns 200-250 on every thousand he earns and the average daily revenue is 2.5-3k so he earns 600-750 / day. where's the profits at?
