Learn New Skills or Hire Someone? Tricky question, right? The world says, "Just hire someone—don’t waste your time." Running a business takes more than just delegating tasks. hiring is great when you can afford it. But what if you don’t have the luxury of throwing money at every problem? It might take months to master a new skill, but so what? Right now, you have nothing to lose—why not invest that time in yourself? At this point in your journey, —you’re building yourself. And trust me, learning is more valuable than earning in the long run. The skills you develop today will make you sharper, more independent, and less reliant on others in the future. So, kiddo, focus on learning. Earning will come. But knowledge? That sticks with you. And that’s worth far more than the shortcut of hiring someone else. Understand it. Reason it. Then decide for yourself.
