It's a great initiative to avail affordable medication. However, the quality of these medicines are low. Only a pharmacist or a doctor can confirm this. My physician, who's the most honest, retired doctor in his 70's emphasizes to avoid buying medication like Dolo from Modi Medicare centers as they constitute mainly of fillers and less portion of the actual medicine. I'm not sure if this applies to all lines of medication, but I'd never buy serious medicines like antibiotics from Modi Medicare.
