These projections might be overly optimistic; not all schools can afford AI or VR tech just yet so not only we might have quality equipment to use these tech to full capacity, the fees will also increase

First of all, this started happening in some of Maharashtra schools (government) through government support. So if the government supports in the future so it can also be implemented in government schools and private schools are already charging for so many other extraordinary things so i think they can easily implement.
