So, if I have a SaaS idea that's based on a web service, and I follow the Lean methodology by launching a website that isn't perfect and lacks a strong design, won't users feel like less effort has been put into it and potentially overlook it, even if the idea is solid? I'm caught in a dilemma. My co-founder thinks we should launch now to test the market, but I believe a polished design is important for first impressions. What do you think would be the best approach?
