We keep the principal amount risk free by investing only in risk free investments. So the risk is not put on the gig worker. High risk investment are part of the strategy but are done keeping the principal intact.

why do companies give equity ? ( it makes sense in startups but why do big PBCs pay so much in rsu etc, is it that hard to find good talent that is just salary based ? do the job take the money kind of situation is not possible even when CS is so sat
