A genuine community: If you really want to know how your product is performing, only running ads on different social platforms won’t take you to great heights. I suggest focusing on talking to your customers, collecting feedback, making improvements, and then gathering feedback again. It’s a tedious process, but trust me, nothing works better than this. So, how do you start? Messaging on WhatsApp or posting on status updates won’t be effective. To make a real impact, you need to build a genuine community. How to build a community? ---- It’s simple, but you need to provide valuable, free, and relevant guidance and resources. Start by adding people in whatsApp group or any discord channel and if you’re genuinely doing a good job, people will start inviting others to join your group. Once you’ve built a strong community, you can start offering paid services while continuously gathering feedback from your existing connections. Genuine connections = Genuine feedback.
