Bhai if you have any good idea and have any your good cofounder type guy or friend and have some knowledge about startup and the field you wanna go than you have to start if you feel you don't have these things you can actually start alone but later you have to need someone and 2nd option is you can join any good early stage startup that taught you how a startup is built
