Hi, I am jagad an 18year old who had one started bigginning media and miserable failed 8 start ups trying to do everything all alone thinking.... I can't find someone my productivity level ... I can't be any more wrong.... Working with a team helped me not only get crucial feedback for my work but also acknowledge "To go fast you should be alone, to go long you need a team" ... It was never about the happiness you have after success but about the memories you make while doing so ❣️

This is actually true. As someone who has recently transitioned from a startup to corporate, i can assure you it’s all this and more with startups, whereas where I’m working now. It’s lot depending on the person who has higher stake held in projects making the decisions.
