How to know if mine is logic or ego? because startup founders are such good sales people that we might sell our ego to ourselves as logic. Then what to do?

Maybe try getting feedback from people you trust, who aren't afraid to tell you if you're off track. Also, take a minute to think—are you basing decisions on facts and reality, or are you just trying to prove something? That pause can really help clear things up."
