Maybe not using Instagram altogether is better than putting a limit to my usage.
What basically happened is I logged in to Instagram after a long time 3 weeks back and slowly lost interest in using medial.When i made an introspection
The more you watch productive videos of others, the more unproductive you become.

I've been using it a lot Medial. My screen time is now mostly on this app... I keep opening the app again and again, and it's actually fun to see what's going on 😂 🙌
I don't think this is gonna help. Now we aldredy have UPI and it's more convenient to pay through bank account rather adding money into Wallet again and again

Thought of taking a break for a few time from social media and it felt really great.
