Hey every body Maybe not using Instagram altogether is better than putting a limit to my usage. What basically happened is I logged in to Instagram after a long time 3 weeks back and slowly lost interest in using medial.When i made an introspection I found out that Instagram giving quick entertainment through reels is making me super addictive despite being in digital detox. Moral of the story is I will not go back to Instagram🤝🫡. I hope something will start making sense to those who use Instagram as well. Yours, Batman

Totally agree, stepping away from Instagram completely can be way more effective than just trying to limit usage

Bro, you're not wrong. Reels is like that drug you think you'll have just once and boom – 2 hours gone. I keep telling myself 'just 5 mins' and end up wasting half the day. Respect for stepping away, Batman
