Hi people. My friend and I thought of a startup and working on it. I was the one who thought about the startup idea and asked him to join me, initially the momentum was good we started with the research part, now for the past few days he isn't much interested in doing the work. Any suggestions to keep the momentum and how to motivate the other co-founder?
