So basically people will have to come to your hotspot centres to use the cheap data? Well the number one issue is surely traveling cost which will be more expensive than the data itself. than secondly you can then go to cafe or railway which offers free internet.

no that's not what iam thinking If I offer a WiFi plan worth 3000 per month with the highest speed available and set up 10 hotspots in high-traffic areas such as near colleges or markets, users would likely be willing to pay ₹5 to ₹20 for daily access. While there may be initial setup costs, earning 3000 monthly would quickly cover operating expenses and ensure profitability after the initial phase.
