Even I discussed the same idea - Delivery fee will be given from costumer to rider , Flat cost on each order . but at the end revenue will be super low , so instead of flat - we can go for minimal commission 10% flat commission ..

Yes i have been doing that from last 2-3 days this idea can roughly make 16-18% of what zomato and swiggy make yearly

Expenses are controlled right? Some of them are sudden but most of the companies spend money based on what they are earning.... According to me we can keep the expenses low...major chunk will be tech, yeam and marketing....and anyone can control these costs if im not wrong
