If that doesn't fix it, I'd suggest reaching out to Google Play support or OpenAI support for help—they can check the payment and subscription issue. If all else fails, you might consider canceling and resubscribing, but definitely check with support first to avoid being charged again

what if I just cancel my subscription? will I get my money back? it is because I've tried all the options except reaching for OpenAI or Google.
