if you have zero experience then join your competitor for 1 year to understand their loopholes to make your better one and meanwhile keep working on your SaaS.

if you are travelling regularly to your working place !
and someone going in the same way will you pick and drop him if the pickup point is 1-2 km away from the route through which you are travelling and drop as well !
