You're right based on your experience. But for a lot of people it's less about the money and more about the urgency of the situation. Like if a child forgets to print something, it's not always easy for parents to drop everything and run to the shop.

I agree with you corporate have their own copier we have construction business, there have been times when we've needed documents urgently. We do have our own printer, but once it stopped working right when we needed something important printed. Even though we're in the digital era the construction industry still heavily relies on paperwork and the volume of it can be huge. So, when something like that happens, having a backup option like Blinkit can really come in handy. It might not be common for everyone but in certain situations it's a lifesaver.

Yes, then again I am reiterating, there shall be significantly few cases as such you mentioned, being a backup for such incredibly rare cases does not build a stable business.
