What is your excuse for Doom Scroling? (swiping on reels endlessly) I know we all want to stay updated on latest memes and cat videos, Trust me you are not alone, just wanted to know which all pages we are in. Feel free to add in comments if I missed something in the options, The bigger picture is that it has lots of effects on lot of people which we are letting to slide, and with younger generations it is only going to increase. So, what can we do? any ideas on what we can do? let me know in the comments.
