Government and the entire investor community very well know how to define a startup. And they have defined it rightly. My friend understand that a startup solves a problem by deploying innovation. And innovation gives room to scale. And scale is a prerequisite for being categorically classified as startup. Understand my friend. Understand. Not every business activity is a startup and mot every business owner is an entrepreneur

Maybe. But I am saying does startup have to have mobile apps and websites as their main business asset. I mean it can be part of the business as well. Of course startup must solve some unique problem and that’s how investors would be interested in funding it. But there are some youngers who think founding a startup means building a website or building a mobile app. Instead of what problem our mobile app solves. They should be thinking more broadly as what problems our ‘business’ solves.
