yeah at that time gujrat CM modi ji instantly respond when tata faced rejection for Nano manufacturing plant in West Bengal and modi ji instantly call Ratan Tata for set up this project in gujrat but Mumbai cm also fought for this huge project . that was a very good time for tata and at the end Gujarat won the project because of good leadership
