His message hit home: success is all about alignment—making sure our interests, values, and beliefs are on the same page. 💡 I thought back to a Class VIII project where my team worked effortlessly because we shared the same goal. That’s when it clicked: business is no different. It’s not just about managing people, it’s about finding those who share your vision. The real question now is: where do you find people who aren’t chasing short-term gains, but are genuinely excited about building something meaningful? 🤝 People who value respect, the journey itself, and the potential of equity.
