That’s when it clicked: business is no different. It’s not just about managing people, it’s about finding those who share your vision. The real question now is: where do you find people who aren’t chasing short-term gains, but are genuinely excited about building something meaningful? 🤝 People who value respect, the journey itself, and the potential of equity. I also have the same question that how to find your team... bcz I myslef have worked with many teams but I have seen that in most of the teams, there is no alignment and even agar good people milte bhi hai to bhi we really don't know ki actually vo kis motive se ayee hain....it is really hard frr

Finding passionate people who align with your vision? It’s like looking for a needle in a haystack, except the haystack is full of people just after the latest trends, these days either AI or 10 min delivery unfortunately.

It might be better to adjust expectations and focus on building a strong team gradually don't you think? Like the Airbnb fellow, he took a good 6 months or a year i guess to hire the first employee.
