Lately, I’ve been reflecting on my journey and asking myself: why haven’t I been able to take my firm to the level I’ve always dreamed of? 🤔 Why is it so hard to find people who truly want to support the mission? It felt like something was missing, until I watched a video by Simon Squibb. His message hit home: success is all about alignment—making sure our interests, values, and beliefs are on the same page. 💡 I thought back to a Class VIII project where my team worked effortlessly because we shared the same goal. That’s when it clicked: business is no different. It’s not just about managing people, it’s about finding those who share your vision. The real question now is: where do you find people who aren’t chasing short-term gains, but are genuinely excited about building something meaningful? 🤝 People who value respect, the journey itself, and the potential of equity. If anyone has insights or advice, I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🙌

Samee... the same happened with me too ... and I feel finding the best team is the hardest part ... I also have the same question that how to find your team... bcz I myslef have worked with many teams but I have seen that in most of the teams, there is no alignment and even agar good people milte bhi hai to bhi we really don't know ki actually vo kis motive se ayee hain....it is really hard frr
