It doesn't lead to compromised quality until you have a minimum standard you have to meet for that particular task. And as a business owner myself and in my business we have never given a fuck about burnout. Our soldures and ancestors in war couldn't care less and if they did they were dead. So why should we, we are in a better position as well, as atleast are lives are not at stake. It's either done or not done, do or die. And as for is personal life don't take that advice, take what is good out of him and apply that and don't apply which has not worked for him. By the way no offense to you in any way.
