problem - some small contractors, who have work to complete can't get consistent workers skilled, semi skilled,non skilled.
solution - a app based platform which will allow them to search local workers with minimum fees
Having skilled professionals in business is very important, and a good team with skills

Want to throw a open question why startup is a hype even though most startups fail/struggle badly but highly skilled freelancers/independent Professionals are not that much celebrated where they are earning well. Another social stigma ?
I have an idea and it's not normal at all
it's a digitally skilled and yet to be discovered idea
There are only 3-4 big players in that market and rest people are contract based in that field

Just a random question there are lot of skill development platforms and institutes(online and offline)and there are some big names also bur still why India can not produce proper skilled peoples where is the gap?a startup can fulfil..
